Online Classes
1. I enrolled in the courses. Where do I go to start taking the classes?
First, make sure you have signed in: click “My Account” in the top menu, or use this direct link: https://holhealthpros.com/my-account/
Once you signed in, you will be taken to your account dashboard where you can see the link “My Courses” in the center of the dashboard:
After clicking the “My Courses” link, you will be able to see the courses available to you.
2. How do I track my progress in the courses?
Your progress is automatically tracked by our program. No action needed from you to log the progress. You can view your progress in the “My Courses” dashboard.
3. Is the quiz at the end of each lesson required?
Quiz is a great way to help you assess how well you mastered the content from each lesson. But it is not required unless you are in the certification track.
4. If I failed to pass a quiz, can I retake it?
You can retake a quiz whenever you want and for as many times as you want.
