Step Into Tai Chi – Course #1

Course Information

Difficulty: Beginner

Instructor: Peter Hodes, Master Instructor certified by American Tai Chi & Qigong Association.

Assignments: Practice what you learned from this course for 30-45 minutes a day, at least 3 days a week.

Descriptions of the Lessons

Lesson #1: Tai Chi Safety and Principles – we will do the 8 Brocade set of Qigong while talking about being safety and basic Tai Chi principles like rooting, posture, breathing etc.

Lesson #2: Preparation and Beginning – This second class will introduce the first three postures of the Yang-style 37 posture form designed by Cheng Man-ching.
