Membership
If you cancel a recurring membership (i.e. when you pay monthly), your membership benefits will stay valid until the next payment date, and we will stop charging you from the next payment date. There will be no refund for the current paid period.
Example:
For your membership, you made a payment on May 8th and then cancel it on May 23rd, you will continue enjoying the membership benefits until the next payment due date, June 8th. There will be no refund for the period from May 23rd through June 7th. You will not be charged on June 8th or later.
Digital Products
All digital products are available for immediate consumption and hence not eligible for refund.
